1. Who these terms are for
These terms apply when a parent or guardian books a free trial class, creates an account, or pays for Hiso Town through Storied (storiedschool.com). By using our site or booking a class, you agree to them.
2. Free trial classes
A free first class needs no credit card. Spots are limited. We may reschedule or cancel a class if needed and will contact you by email. Booking does not lock in paid enrollment until you complete signup and payment.
3. Paid enrollment
Paid seasons are billed through Stripe. Access to the full adventure unlocks after payment is confirmed. Prices and what’s included are shown on our Pricing page at the time you buy.
4. Accounts and conduct
You must give accurate parent contact details. Accounts are for families — not for reselling seats. Live classes should stay kind and safe. We may refuse or end access if someone breaks these rules or harms the class.
5. Content and tools
Stories, art, music, and software in Hiso Town belong to Storied or our licensors. You may use them for your child’s class experience only. See our Music Credits for soundtrack attribution.
6. Privacy
How we handle family and child data is explained in our Privacy Policy. That policy is part of how we run the service alongside these terms.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as Storied grows. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. For big changes that affect paid families, we’ll email the parent on the account when we can.
